Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company or bank, as there might be processing delays.

Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at [email protected] for further instructions.
Shipping Returns

- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
